Your Responsibilities as a Client

As a subscriber to our services, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled consultations or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
  • Pay subscription fees promptly according to your chosen billing cycle
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for service access

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

Refunds are not available for completed consultation services. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
